Housecalls
The option of a Housecall can be a relief for a patient incapacitated after a fall or surgery.
Dr. Cooper is one of a handful of cardiologists/internists that personally visits his patients at home if necessary.
Skilled Nursing Home Care
Dr. Cooper offers the option to care for patients admitted temporarily or permanently to a Skilled Nursing Facility (rather than care by the house doctor).
Dr. Cooper will remain in charge of the overall medical care and provide regular visits at that location.
